SACCO Central Kenya’s Shared Services initiative is supported by a multidisciplinary team of experts brought in by the World Bank. Experienced in payments systems, regulatory integration, financial infrastructure, and digital platform architecture, they will design and deliver a secure, compliant, and scalable Shared Digital Services Platform that responds to the evolving needs of the SACCO sector.

The expert team provides strategic leadership, technical oversight, and implementation guidance in:

• Payments integration
• Central liquidity frameworks,
• Regulatory alignment, institutional readiness, and technology architecture.

Their mandate is to ensure that solutions are practical, industry-driven, and aligned with national financial sector priorities while strengthening SACCO participation in modern financial ecosystems.
