Role: Financial Stewardship and Administrative Oversight
Mandate
To provide strategic financial and administrative oversight, ensuring SCK’s financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and compliance as a shared services and payments infrastructure provider.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance between full Board meetings.
Oversee budgeting, treasury management, capital adequacy, and financial performance.
Approve commercial models, pricing frameworks, and fee structures for shared services.
Oversee financial governance of the Central Liquidity and Settlement Fund (CLSF).
Review procurement, contracting, and vendor management frameworks.
Oversee human capital policies, remuneration, and performance management.
Monitor regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management.
Review and recommend financial statements to the Board.
Perform any additional duties delegated by the Board.
