Role: Financial Stewardship and Administrative Oversight

Mandate

To provide strategic financial and administrative oversight, ensuring SCK’s financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and compliance as a shared services and payments infrastructure provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance between full Board meetings.
  • Oversee budgeting, treasury management, capital adequacy, and financial performance.
  • Approve commercial models, pricing frameworks, and fee structures for shared services.
  • Oversee financial governance of the Central Liquidity and Settlement Fund (CLSF).
  • Review procurement, contracting, and vendor management frameworks.
  • Oversee human capital policies, remuneration, and performance management.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management.
  • Review and recommend financial statements to the Board.
  • Perform any additional duties delegated by the Board.
